PHYSICAL INFORMATION: Ben is a very average academic with a diligent daily yoga routine. walks to work, big on walking anywhere. decent stamina, can get a tricky jar open, can carry too many books out of sheer stubbornness, can carry most rounds of grocery hauls on one trip. (but not always.) has an allergy to pineapple (can be ingested if cooked.) takes so many vitamin and herbal supplements, it might alarm some.
MENTAL INFORMATION: lives with obsessive-compulsive disorder, anxiety, and depression. Ben is high functioning, but can be high key on the first two, and self-isolating and workaholic-y when the latter kicks in. otherwise, clear and mercurial of mind (when his compulsions are utilized), does not abuse substances, and only takes emergency medication for anxiety, which is an infrequent occurrence. all other supplements come from mental preparations and 'rituals.' (compulsive checks, or preparations for warding certain compulsions.)
